Clarification of Orders

Orders are scheduled when clarification of purchase orders has been completed. Phone orders must be accompanied by confirming orders. StockCap will not produce orders without billing and shipping addresses.

Minimum Requirements

Full box quantities only, $50.00 minimum order.

Samples

StockCap recommends approval of samples before ordering, especially on production run parts. Returns will not be accepted if samples were refused.

Cancellations

No cancellations without approval of StockCap. A $50 cancellation fee may apply.

Credit Terms

Net 30 days subject to credit approval. Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.

A completed credit application is required to establish an account with Net 30 day terms. You may use your own form to supply a minimum of four references, however, a signature is required on our credit application form. You may download the application here, and return by fax to 636-282-6881.

Freight

We ship Collect, F.O.B. Our Factory. If a carrier is not specified when the order is placed, StockCap will select a carrier. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk. We do not insure on-time transit or safe carriage of goods. Goods insured by standard carrier coverage only.

Overruns & Underruns

We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% above or below the quantity ordered.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number provided by StockCap. Please call for a Return Goods Authorization Number. Returns for stock items must be made no more than two months after the order ship date. Stock parts are subject to a restocking charge of $50.00 or $20.00 per box whichever is greater.

Materials

StockCap uses a variety of materials in the production of plugs, caps and all our products. Some items are not compatible with these materials. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to determine their product's compatibility with our materials. Our vinyl products do not meet the Food and Drug Administration requirement of 21CFR2177 for contact with food. Most of the materials used in the manufacturing of StockCap products can be recycled, however, it is necessary to check with your local recycling center for a list of accepted materials.
