Ordering InformationClarification of OrdersOrders are scheduled when clarification of purchase orders has been completed. Phone orders must be accompanied by confirming orders. StockCap will not produce orders without billing and shipping addresses.Minimum RequirementsFull box quantities only, $50.00 minimum order.SamplesStockCap recommends approval of samples before ordering, especially on production run parts. Returns will not be accepted if samples were refused.CancellationsNo cancellations without approval of StockCap. A $50 cancellation fee may apply.Credit TermsNet 30 days subject to credit approval. Mastercard and Visa accepted.A completed credit application is required to establish an account with Net 30 day terms. You may use your own form to supply a minimum of four references, however, a signature is required on our credit application form. Goods insured by standard carrier coverage only.Overruns & UnderrunsWe reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% above or below the quantity ordered.ReturnsNo returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number provided by StockCap. Please call for a Return Goods Authorization Number. Returns for stock items must be made no more than two months after the order ship date.
