Online Ordering Information
Address Change Requests
To change your shipping and/or billing address, simply sign in to your account
and go to the Change Billing or Shipping Addresses area. Address changes will
not apply to orders already placed.
Cancellation Requests
To request a cancellation of an order already placed, you must receive written
approval from StockCap. A $50 fee may apply to a cancelled order.
Order History
Your entire order history can be viewed by signing into your account and going
to the View Order History area.
Minimum Order Quantities
There is no minimum order size. Order quantities can be specified once you are
in the Shopping Cart area.
Payment Options
StockCap accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
Returns Policy
StockCap only accepts returns with a Return Authorization Number. Please
remember that returns will not be accepted more than two months after the order
ship date and returns are subject to a $50.00 restocking charge
Pre-Approval of Samples
Before ordering, StockCap strongly recommends pre-approval of sample products,
especially on production run parts. StockCap does not accept returns on orders
if a customer refused to pre-approve a sample.
Shipping Options
StockCap offers several shipping options, including: UPS Ground (items usually
arrive within 5 days), UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. All products ship
from St. Louis (Arnold), MO 63010. We currently ship only to USA locations. We
are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or safe carriage of
goods. All goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk. Goods insured by standard
carrier coverage only.
At the time an order is placed, freight is estimated based upon the data
provided on the order forms. Actual freight is billed at the time the order
ships. There are many factors used to calculate freight including weight of
shipment, number of packages, residential/commercial classification and so
much more. For this reason, we are not able to produce an exact freight
amount, only an estimate, at the time orders are placed.
If the product you request is available and your order is processed before noon
on any business day, typically, it will ship the same day. If the item is
available and the order is processed after noon on any day, ordinarily, it will
ship the next business day. If the product is not available to ship within 2
business days, you will be notified.
Sales Tax and Tax-Exempt Status
All orders are subject to sales tax. If you have tax-exempt status, please
provide your Tax Identification Number at the time you place your order. If you
need to update your tax-exempt status, please log in to your account and go to
the Change Tax Status area
