More flexible than rigid poly plugs, Plus Plugs are easier to insert and remove with our unique 360° pull tab design. Plugs conform to internal threads and won’t move during manufacturing and shipping.
Step 1 — Choose an Outside Diameter (A)
Due to the flexibility of our vinyl one size often fits many holes. Choose the plug with a minimum OD that is slightly larger than the hole you are trying to plug.
Step 2 — Choose a Color
Caps are manufactured in 8 standard colors for multiple materials. Certain popular sizes are also stocked in red for quick shipment. Custom materials are also available.

Step 3 — Choose a Material
Vinyl Plus Plugs are made from a 75 durometer PVC with a smooth surface and glossy finish. However, these plugs can be made in materials with a variety of characteristics and features as shown below.
